Increased student achievement for all students is a fundamental outcome for schools that use a Response to Intervention (Rtl) model. Students of today are expected to meet rigorous state and national standards, and Rtl is a framework to achieve that goal. Response to Intervention: Enhancing the Learning of All Children will assist educators to implement Rtl with fidelity and productivity.
